Nuts are used in the area this experience takes place in therefore it is not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy. Face Masks must be worn at all times during this experience which will be provided by the Zoo. The area is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible and due to the behind the scenes nature of the experience Medical Assistance dogs are not permitted. Each £120 payment is for one person and does not include admission to the Zoo which must be purchased seperately. All children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult who also has a paid experience ticket. This encounter has a maximum capacity of 3 people therefore you may be joined by other guests on your experience. Please note that your experience may be altered with little or no notice due to weather and/or animal considerations. Animal handling is not permitted, proximity to animals is at the keeper's discretion on the day.
