About Your Seats
We’ll do our best to give you the seats you choose, but these cannot be guaranteed. If you book seats together, we’ll make sure your group stays together.

Want to add someone to an existing booking? Please don’t make a separate booking. Email us and we’ll add them to your group, subject to availability.

Your final seat allocation will be confirmed when you check in on the day.

Hamper Collection

If purchasing a Christmas Hamper and wanting to collect from Pickering Station, please use discount code “Hampercollect2017” at the basket page to remove the £13 postage cost.

Delivery

Last orders for Christmas delivery (Royal Mail permitting) must be placed by midday Monday 19th December 2016.

E-Tickets and Named Season Tickets are delivered by email shortly after your order is placed. Postal delivery is included in the cost of all our retail products such as soft toys, gift day and gift season tickets, adoptions, animal experiences and gift vouchers. We aim to despatch all postal orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to five working days for delivery of these items.

Choose your item, complete the necessary fields and then click on "add to basket". Once you are in the CHECKOUT complete the form, and send us payment via the Stripe payment system which means that your credit card details are fully encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software.
