Check you agree to the Terms and Conditions of booking. They detail your cancellation, refund and amendment rights, amongst other important details. There will be a tick box during the booking process which also provides a link to them.

The train can accommodate 1 or 2 wheelchairs with 3 or 2 companions. These can only be booked via our office and cannot be booked online. Please email bookings@kwvr.co.uk or phone 01535 645214 if you wish to enquire about and book these places.

Booking Assistance:

Choose the date & time you wish to book for. Choose the tickets you wish to book.

The Seating Plan will then open. You will need to choose your preferred seats*

Please note that the seat selector does not always display correctly on some mobile browsers. If you are booking on a smartphone / tablet, please choose "View Desktop Site" to ensure you can see the seat selector correctly.

Press "Add to Basket" at the bottom of the page.

* - PREFERRED SEATS - The seats you choose are your preferred seats, but they are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to move seats until the day of travel without notice. If you have booked seats together, the same group will be moved collectively.
If seats are not showing together (because the train is getting full up), and you book separate seats, which are not together, you cannot be moved to sit together on the day. We will not move other customers on the day to accommodate you.

If you have already made a booking, and wish to book additional seats, please contact us via the details shown on your confirmation email to add additional passengers to an existing booking. Please do not make a new booking, even for adjacent seats, as seats may be moved and the two bookings may not end up seated together.

We will provide you with final confirmation of your allocated seats when you arrive and check in on the day of your visit.
