On the calendar below select the date you will be visiting us.

If you are visiting for more than 1 day then select the first day you will be visiting - the Weekend Rover may be better value for you? A Weekend Rover is cheaper than buying Friday & Saturday separately, but also includes travel on Thursday and Sunday AND a FREE Festival Glass.

One Day tickets will be dated according to the date you have chosen, and will only be valid for that date.

Members / Local Railcard priced tickets are available online in advance for Friday and Saturday only, and may only be purchased and used by people who will have a valid Membership / Local Resident Card on the day of travel. You will need to enter your Member Card / Local Railcard Number when prompted. When collecting tickets a valid Member Card / Local Railcard will need to be shown for each discounted ticket purchased.

Members / Local Railcard priced tickets for Thursday and Sunday cannot be purchased online in advance, and can only be purchased on the day, where you will receive your normal discounts.

All Bookings for Friday and Saturday must include the purchase of at least 1 x Card of 6 Beer Tokens.

Delivery

Last orders for Christmas delivery (Royal Mail permitting) must be placed by midday Monday 19th December 2016.

E-Tickets and Named Season Tickets are delivered by email shortly after your order is placed. Postal delivery is included in the cost of all our retail products such as soft toys, gift day and gift season tickets, adoptions, animal experiences and gift vouchers. We aim to despatch all postal orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to five working days for delivery of these items.
