FREE Easter Grotto Visit - While Stocks Last

Included with park entry tickets for children aged 1-11yrs between 8th and 21st April - but hurry, we have a limited number of grotto slots each day, so it's only while stocks last.

Important

  • If you don’t have children aged 1-11 or prefer not to visit the Easter Grotto, click here to book park entry tickets without a Grotto visit.
  • Each Grotto slot can accommodate up to 8 people (including adults and older siblings). If your group is bigger than 8, please complete and pay for your initial booking and then make an extra booking to secure an extra visit to the Easter Grotto.

How to Book

  • Select your date from the calendar (available dates are in green).
  • Choose an Easter Grotto time for your family (max 8 people including adults per slot).
  • Add the number of children (1-11 years) visiting the Grotto to your basket.
  • On the next page, select a park admission ticket for EVERY person in your group and add to your basket.

CONCESSION TICKETS
We are happy to accept Blue Light Cards, MOD 90 ID Cards and NHS staff cards as proof of eligibility. Two people per card can book at the discounted rate - simply add a concession ticket for each eligible person to your basket (there is no discount code to enter). Please bring proof of eligibility to present on arrival.

DISABLED & SENIORS 65+ TICKETS
We are happy to accept the following as proof of eligibility – Blue Badge Photo ID,  Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) dated within the last 24 months. Photo ID with proof of DOB for Seniors 65+.

DOGS
Whilst we don’t actively encourage dogs to come to the park, we’re happy to admit very calm, friendly and well-behaved older dogs with responsible owners - the park is definitely not a suitable place for excitable puppies. You must have public liability insurance that covers your dog / dogs (normally provided with standard dog insurance). Some parts of the park are not accessible for dogs and all dog owners will be required to sign a form on entry explaining your responsibilities. Please make sure you read our dog policy before booking.

MOBILE APP
Our new mobile app is NOW LIVE! – please go to the AppStore (iOS) or GooglePlay (Android) on your smartphone and download it before you visit to make your day out even better.

NINJA STARS
To play on our new Ninja Stars interactive family assault course each person will need a wristband (which can be kept and reused on future visits, plus they make great souvenirs!) and your first game is included – either add them to your basket now or wait and buy them at the park.
