General Park Admission Tickets

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR CHRISTMAS:

If you would like to visit Santa make sure you reserve your Santa visit BEFORE selecting your park admission tickets by clicking here. Please note that we expect Santa visits to sell out on most dates!

All visits on 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th and 20th-23rd December include the Magic of Christmas with a visit to Buzzlewick’s Elf Emporium where children can try gingerbread decorating, write a letter to Santa, sit in Santa's sleigh and make reindeer food, as well as a festive train ride with free hot chocolate and Merlin’s special seasonal show.

We strongly recommend that you book tickets well in advance as we regularly sell out - make sure you have tickets before travelling to the park!

We protect animals in danger around the world. Please donate, it means so much to our work and we cannot claim back Gift Aid from the government if you do not. By giving a little you are helping a lot.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult to enter the park.

CONCESSION TICKETS
We are happy to accept Blue Light Cards, MOD 90 ID Cards and NHS staff cards as proof of eligibility. Two people per card can book at the discounted rate - simply add a concession ticket for each eligible person to your basket (there is no discount code to enter). Please bring proof of eligibility to present on arrival.

DISABLED & SENIORS 65+ TICKETS
We are happy to accept the following as proof of eligibility – Blue Badge Photo ID,  Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) dated within the last 24 months. Photo ID with proof of DOB for Seniors 65+.

DOGS
Whilst we don’t actively encourage dogs to come to the park, we’re happy to admit very calm, friendly and well-behaved older dogs with responsible owners - the park is definitely not a suitable place for excitable puppies. You must have public liability insurance that covers your dog / dogs (normally provided with standard dog insurance). Some parts of the park are not accessible for dogs and all dog owners will be required to sign a form on entry explaining your responsibilities. Please make sure you read our dog policy before booking.

NINJA STARS
To play on our new Ninja Stars interactive family assault course each person will need a wristband (which can be kept and reused on future visits, plus they make great souvenirs!) and your first game is included – either add them to your basket now or wait and buy them at the park.
