DISABLED / CARER TICKETS
Add one ticket for each disabled person AND one ticket for each carer to your basket (max 1 discounted carer ticket per disabled guest) and bring proof of eligibility to present on arrival - we accept Blue Badge Photo ID, Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) dated within the last 24 months.

CONCESSION TICKETS
We accept Blue Light Cards, MOD 90 ID Cards & NHS staff cards as proof of eligibility. Two people per card can book at the discounted rate - simply add a concession ticket for each eligible person to your basket (there is no discount code to enter) and bring proof of eligibility to present on arrival.

DOGS
Whilst we don’t actively encourage dogs to come to the park, we’re happy to admit very calm, friendly and well-behaved older dogs with responsible owners - the park is definitely not a suitable place for excitable puppies. You must have public liability insurance that covers your dog / dogs (normally provided with standard dog insurance). Some parts of the park are not accessible for dogs and all dog owners will be required to sign a form on entry explaining your responsibilities. Please make sure you read our dog policy before booking.

NINJA STARS
To play on our new Ninja Stars interactive family assault course each person will need a wristband (which can be kept and reused on future visits, plus they make great souvenirs!) and your first game is included – either add them to your basket now or wait and buy them at the park.
