General Park Admission Tickets

We strongly recommend that you book tickets well in advance as we regularly sell out - make sure you have tickets before travelling to the park!

Standard ticket prices are reduced to reflect the fact that our show schedule is very limited during the winter months. To protect our birds from avian flu, there are NO bird of prey displays or centre from Nov to Mar, other than an indoor show during the February half term. For dates when Merlin is performing this winter please visit this page.

We are a charity!
We protect animals in danger around the world. Please donate, it means so much to our work and we cannot claim back Gift Aid from the government if you do not. By giving a little you are helping a lot.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult to enter the park.

CONCESSION TICKETS
We are happy to accept Blue Light Cards, MOD 90 ID Cards and NHS staff cards as proof of eligibility. Two people per card can book at the discounted rate - simply add a concession ticket for each eligible person to your basket (there is no discount code to enter). Please bring proof of eligibility to present on arrival.

DISABLED & SENIORS 65+ TICKETS
We are happy to accept the following as proof of eligibility – Blue Badge Photo ID,  Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) dated within the last 24 months. Photo ID with proof of DOB for Seniors 65+.

DOGS
Whilst we don’t actively encourage dogs to come to the park, we’re happy to admit very calm, friendly and well-behaved older dogs with responsible owners - the park is definitely not a suitable place for excitable puppies. Some parts of the park are not accessible for dogs and all dog owners will be required to sign a form on entry explaining your responsibilities. Please make sure you read our dog policy before booking.

MOBILE APP
Our new mobile app is NOW LIVE! – please go to the AppStore (iOS) or GooglePlay (Android) on your smartphone and download it before you visit to make your day out even better.

NINJA STARS
To play on our new Ninja Stars interactive family assault course each person will need a wristband (which can be kept and reused on future visits, plus they make great souvenirs!) and your first game is included – either add them to your basket now or wait and buy them at the park.
