BUY ANNUAL PASSES & BOOK YOUR FIRST VISIT


If you would like to buy passes for other people please use the Gift Vouchers page instead.

Only use this page if you want to buy passes for yourself or your family – you will be asked to choose the date of your first visit. Please note that your 12 months entry will start from this date.

ANNUAL PASS BENEFITS

  • Our Annual Membership Passes are perfect for regular visitors or as a gift for family and friends.
  • Valid for 12 months from first use.
  • Unlimited entry to The Milky Way on weekdays and weekends during term times.
  • Only £2.50 entry per member at busy peak periods (Christmas, Easter, Summer holidays etc)
  • The primary annual pass holder can invite up to 5 additional people per day at our Re-admission saver rates (you must all enter the park together) - this includes under 1's which cost £1 at readmission rates.
  • 10% discount in our Milky Way shop, cafes and on Pottery Painting.
  • Please note that all pass holder visits will need to be booked online in advance - you will need your pass membership numbers (located on the back your cards) to book online for future visits. 

ADDING OTHER TICKET TYPES

If you need to book a visit for people you aren’t buying an annual pass for today (for example others with valid annual passes or friends at readmission rate ), simply click the ‘Add more tickets’ link once you’ve added your annual passes to your basket OR you can make a separate booking.

IMPORTANT - Please only book tickets for people you are currently buying annual passes for. 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Select the date of your first visit from the calendar – available dates are shown in green.
  2. Select a first visit ticket for each person you are buying an annual pass for – DO NOT SELECT TICKETS FOR ANYONE ELSE.
  3. Click Add to Basket
  4. On the next page select the number of annual passes you want to buy – THIS MUST BE THE SAME NUMBER YOU HAVE BOOKED FIRST VISITS FOR.
  5. Click Add to Basket
  6. If you need to book park entry tickets for other people simply click the Add more Tickets link.

We protect animals in danger around the world. Please donate, it means so much to our work and we cannot claim back Gift Aid from the government if you do not. By giving a little you are helping a lot.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult to enter the park.

DOGS
Whilst we don’t actively encourage dogs to come to the park, we’re happy to admit very calm, friendly and well-behaved older dogs with responsible owners - the park is definitely not a suitable place for excitable puppies. You must have public liability insurance that covers your dog / dogs (normally provided with standard dog insurance). Some parts of the park are not accessible for dogs and all dog owners will be required to sign a form on entry explaining your responsibilities. Please make sure you read our dog policy before booking.

MOBILE APP
Our new mobile app is NOW LIVE! – please go to the AppStore (iOS) or GooglePlay (Android) on your smartphone and download it before you visit to make your day out even better.

NINJA STARS
To play on our new Ninja Stars interactive family assault course each person will need a wristband (which can be kept and reused on future visits, plus they make great souvenirs!) and your first game is included – either add them to your basket now or wait and buy them at the park.
