There is some information we need to collect from you on arrival, so we can have your passes ready to collect before you leave.

You will need your pass membership numbers (located on the back your cards) to book online for future visits.

We protect animals in danger around the world. Please donate, it means so much to our work and we cannot claim back Gift Aid from the government if you do not. By giving a little you are helping a lot.

Your unique reference number and details of how to claim your passes will be emailed to you. Annual membership passes must be collected from the main entrance to the park and are valid for 12 months from the date of first use.
