At Jersey Zoo, we aim to create an experience that is accessible for people of all needs and abilities. Accessible parking is available close to the entrance of the zoo. Mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and strollers can be booked in advance to ensure they are reserved for the full duration of your visit. Most areas of the zoo are accessible by wheelchair, mobility scooter and pushchair. There are signposts around the zoo to point you in the right direction and all our paths are wide and pushchair friendly.

Daily Ticket Availability

All hire items booked online or at our Admissions desk are reserved for your use for the full day which varies based on season. Peak season from 1st February to 31st October is 09.30 - 16.30, off peak season from 1st November to 31st January is 09.30 - 15.30, all dates inclusive. A mobility scooter rental form must be completed on arrival before the hire period can commence. Please visit our Accessibility page for more information.
