Bookings

Book a timeslot for your family to visit Santa.
Timeslots are available throughout the day at the following times:
10:00 to 11:00
11:00 to 12:00
13:00 to 14:00
14:00 to 15:00.
You can arrive anytime within the hour time slot that you have booked for. You can book up to 6 children per Santa visit.

On arrival you will be given a numbered ticket from reception. When it is your turn to enter the grotto, your number will be called by our Head Elf. Whilst you wait there will be Christmas Crafts in the education room for the children to enjoy.

Each family will get to visit Santa in his grotto when their number is called, and each child you have bought a ticket for will be given an age-appropriate Christmas present.

If you book your car parking in advance online then you will also be given a car parking permit from the reception team which is valid until 14th January so you can come back and park for free anytime you visit until that date.
