Visit Santa in his festive grotto at Creswell Crags, with crafts to keep you having fun while you wait!
Timeslots are available throughout the day at the following times:

10:00 to 11:00
11:00 to 12:00
13:00 to 14:00
14:00 to 15:00

You can arrive anytime within the hour timeslot that you have booked. On arrival, please go to the reception desk to check in. Once we've checked you in, you will be directed down to the Christmas Craft Rooms to make a range of Christmas-themed projects while you wait to see Santa. As you enter the Craft Rooms, you will be given a number; when it is your turn to visit Santa, your number will be called by our Head Elf, who will show you through to Santa’s Grotto. Each child you have bought a ticket for will spend some time talking with Santa, and be given an age-appropriate Christmas present. There is then the opportunity to have an official photo taken with Father Christmas (as well as a chance to take a few of your own!)

You can book up to 6 children per Santa visit; this limit is due to the size of Santa’s Grotto. If your group is bigger than this, please make multiple bookings in order to spread your group over multiple visits to the Grotto, thank you. Accompanying adults do not need a ticket, but please be aware that space inside Santa's Grotto is limited, and if you're planning to bring the whole family, we may have to ask some adults to wait outside with the Elf!
