The Mother's Day Sparkling Cream Tea experience starts from either Oxenhope OR Keighley station. Make sure you choose the correct station where you wish to board for your Sparkling Cream Tea in a Box. You should arrive at your selected boarding point no later than 15 minutes before the start time shown. Your ticket price includes a Day Rover ticket for free travel on our ordinary train services before and after your time specific Cream Tea journey.

Check you agree to the Terms and Conditions of booking. They detail your cancellation, refund and amendment rights, amongst other important details. There will be a tick box during the booking process which also provides a link to them.

Once booked you will be sent a confirmation email and reference number, which you will need to bring with you when you come, in order to collect your tickets.

Special Note: There are no discounts for Concessions, Members, or Local Railcard holders on the Cream Tea Trains. The Essential Companion Ticket offer is not available on Cream Tea Trains.

How to book your tickets:

1. Choose the date of your visit and time of train you wish to book for.

2. Choose the number of people you wish to book for. Press "Add to Basket"

3. The Seating Plan will then open. You will need to choose your preferred seats*. The colour coded key will show which seats are available.

* - PREFERRED SEATS - The seats you choose are your preferred seats and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to amend your selected seats at any time between the date you make your booking and the date of travel. We will always ensure that all the people in your booking remain seated together. If you wish to be seated together with other passengers, please make sure you book all the passengers who wish to travel together in one booking.

If you have already made a booking, and wish to book additional seats, please contact us via the details shown on your confirmation email to add additional passengers to an existing booking. Please do not make a new booking, even for adjacent seats - seats may be moved and the two bookings may not end up seated together.

We will provide you with final confirmation of your allocated seats when you arrive and collect your tickets prior to your journey.

Please note that the seat selector does not always display correctly on some mobile browsers. If you are booking on a smartphone / tablet, please choose "View Desktop Site" (or whichever similar setting your browser has) to ensure you can see the seat selector correctly.
