How to book your tickets:

1. Choose the date of your visit and time of train you wish to book for. Please consider the Boarding location and Carriage type you wish to travel in.

2. Choose the number of tickets you require. Press "Add to Basket"

3. The Seating Plan will then open. You will need to choose your preferred seats*. The colour coded key will show which seats are available.

* - PREFERRED SEATS - The seats you choose are your preferred seats and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to amend your selected seats at any time between the date you make your booking and the date of travel. We will always ensure that all the people in your booking remain seated together. If you wish to be seated together with other passengers, please make sure you book all the passengers who wish to travel together in one booking.

We will provide you with final confirmation of your allocated seats when you arrive and collect your tickets prior to your journey.

Check you agree to the Terms and Conditions of booking. They detail your cancellation, refund and amendment rights, amongst other important details. There will be a tick box during the booking process which also provides a link to them.

Once booked you will be sent a confirmation email and reference number, which you will need to bring with you when you come in order to collect your tickets.
